With the land and venue purchased, our client had the vision of working with the existing platform and building and so they approached Warren and Mahoney about how to move forward with a renovation. The result is a very special architectural, ‘barn influenced’ home with so many cool features and we are really excited to be a part of this build. Largely within the existing footprint will be created a 5+ bedroom home, with lounge, family room, office, oversized laundry, and huge master suite.
