This duplex sits at the very top of Fernhill on a steep and rocky site. A challenging site and complex design, our Ferguson Builders team relished the opportunity to utilise our skill, passion and attention to detail to complete this job to the high standard of finish that we expect from each of our builds. Each home comprises of 4 bedrooms, a large open plan living area, separate media room and a large master suite. Designed to build into the previously schist dominated site, architect Mark Hillary has made the most of each level and the space available as well as maximising the view from each room.
